ShoutShot Terms of Service

Last updated: July 25th, 2026

Welcome to ShoutShot. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of the ShoutShot website at shoutshot.com and to joining our waitlist or founding-member list. ShoutShot is currently operated by Nikki Taylor and Tim Taylor.

Please read these Terms carefully. By using our website or signing up, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or sign up.

ShoutShot is in a pre-launch stage. Right now, the site lets businesses and consumers join a waitlist to be notified when we launch. These Terms will be expanded when the full platform — including paid memberships and posting features — goes live.

Who can use ShoutShot

You must be at least 18 years old to use ShoutShot or join our waitlist. By signing up, you confirm that you are 18 or older.

What signing up means

Joining the waitlist or claiming a founding-member spot does not create a paid account and does not require any payment today.

  • When you claim a founding-member spot, you are reserving your place and expressing interest. No credit card is required and you are not charged anything now.
  • We describe our intended founding-member pricing on the site (for example, a locked founding rate). These are our current plans and intentions for launch. Final pricing, terms, and the exact date of launch may change, and any paid membership will require you to separately agree to payment terms and provide payment information at that time. You will not be charged until you actively sign up for a paid membership after we launch.
  • We may contact you by email about your waitlist status, founding-member information, and launch news. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

We are building ShoutShot in good faith and intend to honor the founding-member offer as described, but because we are pre-launch, we cannot guarantee specific launch dates, features, or that the platform will launch exactly as currently described.

Your information

Our collection and use of your information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the site and signing up, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

When using our website, you agree not to:

  • Provide false, misleading, or someone else’s information when signing up.
  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the site, our systems, or other users’ information.
  • Copy, scrape, or harvest information from the site without our permission.
  • Use automated tools to submit forms or create fake sign-ups.

We may remove any sign-up or restrict access if we believe these Terms have been violated.

Our content and brand

The ShoutShot name, logo, website design, text, and other materials are owned by ShoutShot and its operators. You may not copy, use, or reproduce them without our permission.

No guarantees (disclaimer)

ShoutShot is provided “as is” and “as available.” Because we are pre-launch, we make no guarantees that:

  • The platform will launch on any particular date, or launch at all;
  • Any feature, price, or offer described will be available exactly as described at launch; or
  • The website will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the site and any offers described on it.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShoutShot and its operators (Nikki Taylor and Tim Taylor) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or your participation in the waitlist. Because joining the waitlist is free and involves no payment, our total liability to you for anything related to the site or waitlist is limited to the amount you have paid us, which is zero.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as ShoutShot develops, especially when we launch the full platform and paid memberships. When we make significant changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
